*Due to significant shipping volumes your order may experience delays in delivery.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation Email to arrive because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed.

 

Is there a signature upon delivery required for my order?

Someone at the shipping address must sign for the order.

We ship to Canada, The US, The UK, France, Italy, Germany, and to many other European countries. See a full list
We accept payments from International billing addresses.
Please take note you cannot have your item delivered to a P.O. Box as someone at the shipping address must sign for the order.
Please note that customers can pickup their package at any Walgreen or Duane Reade pharmacy in the United States. For a list of available locations click here.

Do you charge customs fees or duty?

No. We don’t charge any customs fees/duty.
Orders with a ship-to address in Canada ship from Canada.
Orders with a ship-to address in the US ship from the US.
Orders with a ship-to address in the UK or Europe ship from Europe.

 

What are the accepted forms of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

You will only be charged once your order has shipped.

 

How can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.

 

Can I change the ship-to address while my order is in transit?

Address changes cannot be made once an order is purchased after checkout.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Our shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We cannot cancel, modify, or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

 

Out of stock items:

If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
We invite you to sign up to ‘’Get Notified’’ regarding your item, as we accept returns and/or inventory can change regularly.

 

How does Pre-order work:

When a product is listed as Pre-Order, the product is not yet in stock but is available to purchase. You will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time of purchase. Please be aware that Pre-Order dates are approximate and subject to change. We will contact you if the ship date changes.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy?

If your item is eligible for a return, you may request a return label within 30 days from the date of purchase via the My Order link.

Any requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

*Non eligible returns include final sale, used, worn or altered items.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • We do not process direct exchanges; a new order will need to be placed for the desired item.
  • Final SALE items are not eligible for online or in-store return, refund, or exchange. *All items 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.
  • Items returned must be in their original condition unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which have been received damaged or defective can be returned.
  • Any shipping fee such as Express shipping will not be refunded.
  • Face masks are not eligible for a return.

    OR - REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

    • On the website go to ‘My Order’.
    • Click the 'Create Return' button and complete the steps. An email will be sent to you with a pre-paid return label once your return is approved.
    • Print (2) copies of the label, attach one outside the box and include one inside the box.
    • Within 2 business days, drop off your package at your local FedEx ground drop-off center or call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange a pick-up. Please note that customers can also drop off their package at any Walgreen or Duane Reade pharmacy in the United States. For a list of available locations click here.


    Refunds

    Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment and are generally processed within 7-10 business days from the date they are physically received in our warehouse.

    Once processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be visible on your banking statement.

    Please note that during our busier season, the processing time for refunds may be delayed.
