Exchange Policy

As purchasing clothes online is not an exact science, you may find yourself with an item you wish to return. Below are the easy steps you must follow in order to exchange or return an item.

IMPORTANT!

The Return Form or Exchange Form must be completed no longer than 10 days after you have received your purchase. Any Exchange/Return requests received after that deadline will be automatically refused.

Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. All tags must be attached, including the refund tag that can be found at the back of the items. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the Exchange/Refund.

A restocking fee of $15 per transaction is applicable on all Exchanges/Refunds. Initial shipping charges, if any, are non refundable.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned nor exchanged.

We do not accept returns from outside the U.S. or Canada.

Exchange/Refund Procedure

Please visit our Online Store, click on Exchange Form or Return Form, as the case may be, and complete it by entering your order number and your first name. The Form can also be found at the following address:

Once your initial order has been identified, select the new size you wish to receive for an exchange or select the product you wish to return.

Upon reception and approval of your request, Mackage Customer Care will send you an email with a FedEx return label. Print the label and attach it to the original packaging of the item. Within 5 business days, drop off your package at your local FedEx drop-off center or call the number on the instruction sheet to arrange a pick-up. Any parcel drop off or pick-up after 5 business days will result in the cancellation of the Exchange/Return and the package will not be accepted at our warehouse.

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.
